laszlotastic reblogged your post: I was just thinking in L.A. Noire, Jack would only be in his late forties early fifties
He would be around 52. Therefore there needs to be a new DLC mission with Jack Marston in L.A. Noire.

After the death of the celebrated and hero cop; Cole Phelps, Jack Marston, a once popular journalist and writer of the American Western story, is brought out from his retirement by a ‘friend’ of Phelps, a man named Jack Kelso who hints at a buried truth. Marston must equip all his skills in order to uncover the truths buried by Phelp’s superiors and the schmoozer, Roy Earle. Along with him, is a past partner, a notorious drunk and renowned basket case who together will search the city of lost angels for the truth.

Jack Marston, as the old cowboy he still is, arrives in L.A. - on a horse. Epic.
